Ghost Hunting Books is a review site related to ghosts. We feature news, opinions and reviews related to paranormal books, movies, TV shows, and other media.

Our primary interest is ghosts and haunted places, not horror, UFOs, or other topics.

We hope to guide like-minded ghost enthusiasts to the best new (and old) reading and entertainment choices.

Use the Contact link at the top of the page to let us know. We’ll let you know where to send one non-returnable copy of your ghost-related book or DVD.  (Al of our reviews relate to ghosts and hauntings. If you’re not sure if we’ll review your book or DVD, ask before sending us anything.)

Our reviews are honest. We’ll always try to say something positive and indicate if the book or movie will appeal most to a particular audience. However, we cannot promise to recommend it.

Copies of our favorable reviews are generally sent to Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. Feel free to quote us elsewhere, as long as you provide a link to our website, GhostHuntingBooks.com.

If you need a cover blurb, contact us early and clearly provide your deadline. We can review from publisher’s galleys or an email copy of the final version.

As of November 2008, we do not pay for reviews. However, our reviewers receive free copies of books and movies, and their names (or pen names) appear with their reviews.

Reviews are a fine way to build your reputation as an authority in this field. Your reviews also serve as clips if you’re planning a career in journalism, especially as a reviewer.

If you’d like to write reviews for us, use the Contact link at the top of the page. Send us a sample review (250 words or less) of your favorite ghost-related book or movie.

Be sure to double-check your writing for typos, spelling and grammar errors.

Also, clearly state that you are over 21 years of age. Though you will retain the copyrights to your reviews, you will need to sign an agreement granting us permission to publish your reviews as you write them.
