Ghosts: True Encounters…

This huge volume of ghost stories is from an earlier era in ghost hunting.
It is among the largest compilations of ghost stories. In most cases, author Hans Holzer describes the legends and then tells us about his investigations at the site.
In an era with limited historical resources, Holzer relied on personal experiences and skilled psychics to confirm stories associated with each location.
Ghosts: True Encounters… is a well-designed and impressive book. It includes a variety of stories and legends, and many of them are nicely illustrated.
In addition, this book will keep most readers busy for several months. It’s a massive volume of tales.
If you enjoy watching ghost shows on TV and you like ghost stories, this is a very good book.
For ghost researchers, this book provides many interesting details and insights that could lead to productive investigations.
However, I recommend historical fact-checking before traveling a distance expecting to find a genuine haunting.
Some of these stories are primarily entertainment, but they’re usually well-written page-turners that will keep you awake at night.
